Akemi Takada tries her hand at CG

Akemi Takada designed some of the most iconic anime characters of my generation, Maison Ikkoku and Kimagure Orange Road among them. Personally, I think her Mobile Police Patlabor stuff is as good as it gets, character and mecha-wise.
Now Ms. Takada will be trying her at hand at 3D computer graphics, and has announced an unnamed computer-animated project, for which she is assembling a team of animators.
