Is the live-action Dragonball a fake film?

Okay, so there’s supposed to this live-action film adaptation of the classic Dragonball anime series. It’s on IMDB and all. It just so happens that there are no photos, posters, trailers, leaks, news or anything. Google searches will net you a plethora of fan-made stuff, this mock-up poster on the left included. But so far, nothing really truly official.

Still, production outfit 20th Century Fox has the project posted up on their website, so I suppose it’s for real. And to be fair, a special-effects bonanza would take a significant amount of time to put together in post-production. Films like these can be released two years after the end of shooting.
