Japanese singer and anime voice actress Miyuki Kanbe died of heart failure at a hospital in Kawasaki last June 18. She had been sick for a while and took a break from her theater role as Eponine in the musical Les Misérables in 2007 due to poor health. She was in and out of the hospital since then.Kanbe was best known for her starring role in the musical stage adaptation of Sailor Moon.
